Before the procedure:<\/strong>
\nBefore the procedure, the doctor performs several tests to ensure that the person’s health condition allows for this surgery. The doctor will also explain the areas from which the skin can be removed from the arms.<\/p>\n

It is also necessary to consult the doctor about medications that should be stopped before surgery, with the necessity to quit smoking at least 3 weeks before the surgery, and fasting for 8 hours before the surgery.<\/p>\n

After the procedure<\/strong>
\nIt is normal to have some bleeding, which usually disappears within two weeks, in addition to gradually decreasing swelling. Usually, the dressings and drainage tube are removed the day after the surgery. The doctor recommends wearing a compression garment for two weeks after the surgery.<\/p>\n
